BC2A (Branched Chain Amino Acid)

I am very pleased to announce that we are now your source for Branched Chain Amino Acids.  BC2A is the brand name.  You may remember the old name. ProBurst, and probably used it.  Well because of the fabulous clinical claims and benefits available from branched chain amino acids in performance horses, the product is now required to be available only through a Veterinarian.  But for you the real good news is the price went down rather than up. With the old “over the counter” distribution there were too many ways the product could have been mishandled.  Now with this more professional approach, product quality assurance can be counted on.

This is a natural component that has been shown to provide protection and safety for our equine athletes.  While very widely used in the racing industry to prevent lactic acid build up and other stress, its use in the other equine performance disciplines, such as Endurance, has been limited.  One of those reasons was cost.  Now at $10 per dose instead of $14 that disadvantage has been lessened.  As a minimum I would recommend a dose before trailering to prevent some major muscle soreness related to the stress of the trip.  Also use the BC2A prior to that very difficult part of the trail that is in so many rides we attend.
